Michael Gasparro is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in California. Michael practices under the supervision of Dr. Joseph Nicolosi, Jr. at The Breakthrough Clinic. Michael shares his personal testimony as a Catholic man coming out of same-sex sexuality and of his professional work as a certified Reintegrative Therapist (a Trade Marked therapy) helping other men make that journey.
Michael has trained with Dr. Joseph Nicolosi, Jr., whose father famously pioneered Reparative Therapy for men. Michael serves on the board of directors of the Alliance for Therapeutic Choice and Scientific Integrity. The Alliance is the national professional organization for therapists helping individuals who experience same-sex attraction and want help living according to their deeply held beliefs or desires.
Michael is also one of the men featured in a documentary about Reintegrative Therapy, which can be found at FreeToLoveMovie.com. He has been a regular guest on Catholic radio where he has spoken about the Catholic Church’s teachings on sexual morality, same-sex attraction, and more.
